Relevant

In Genesis 27:1-29 we see Issac preparing for death. It will be 43 more years before he dies, but like all of us, he doesn't know when. Ishmael died at 137 years old and that is how old Issac is here, so maybe that's why. Rebekah is ease dropping on the conversation and tells Jacob we are going get that blessing, though through deception and lies. God never honors this type of life and we will see that later in Jacobs life, he will reap what he has sown. Be careful of how you get what you got. Nothing wrong with blessings, but when you get them through criminal activity it will not be blessed.
